HOW TO ORDER

Ordering from Pearl & Eve couldn’t be easier, just follow these simple steps:

If you’re a New Customer

  1. Select a department from the left hand menu.
  2. Click a product you would like to view in greater detail.
  3. Choose your size and quantity and click ‘add to shopping bag’. To add more products select ‘continue shopping’.
  4. Finally when you have finished proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple instructions.

If you’re a Returning Customer

  1. Log into your account using your Username and Password.
  2. Select a department from the left hand menu.
  3. Click a product you would like to view in greater detail.
  4. Choose your size and quantity and click ‘add to shopping bag’. To add more products select ‘continue shopping’.
  5. Finally when you have finished proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple instructions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you’ll pay using Bank Deposit

Savings Account Name: Lean Pearl G. Tinio
Savings Account Number: 4170120011

  1. In the Checkout Page, select Bank Deposit under Payment Gateway
  2. Take note of the Bank Account details
  3. Deposit the total amount to the nearest BDO branch
  4. Email shop[at]pearlandeve.com once you have deposited your payment

If you’ll pay using Credit Card / Paypal

Accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments through PayPal

  1. In the Checkout Page, select Credit Card/PayPal under Payment Gateway. You will be redirected to PayPal site.
  2. Shoppers with PaylPal account login to pay. Shoppers without PayPal account enter their billing information and new account password
  3. Confirm transaction details before paying
  4. View and print payment confirmations

DELIVERY

In Stock Merchandise usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our office) within 3 business days. We will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

Your order/s will be delivered as soon as your payment clears. Please indicate your “Expected Delivery Date” in the checkout page under Shipping Information, if any.

  • For Monday to Friday “Next Day Delivery”, your payment must be cleared before 7pm of the day before delivery
  • For Saturday delivery, your payment must be cleared Friday before 7pm
  • No delivery on “regular” or “special” holidays

* Rates above are for shoppers within Metro Manila. You will be notified by email if there’s a change in your shipping cost.

* For outside Metro Manila, you will be notified by email how much the shipping cost is.

* For international orders, you will be notified by email how much the shipping cost is. Merchandise will be shipped by UPS, if you prefer a different shipping company, do let us know.
